Hi and welcome to CONSTANTINE'S DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY(CDA) my name is LEON CONSTANTINE I am an ex professional footballer with a career spanning over 13 years with over 350 plus games and just over 100 career goals. 

Football has always been my passion from the back streets to grassroots and all the way into the professional game. Although I lost my way a bit in my younger years like most youngsters do, what always brought me back to football was the love and passion I have for the game and most important the belief I have in my ability and myself.

The aim for CDA is to teach,develop,nurture and maximise the abilities of each individual. I will deliver the fundamental skills/attitude/belief/awareness and dedication it takes to make it as a footballer at all levels.

 Having played with and against some of the most decorated players in the game the  experience I have will be priceless for the next generation of footballers. The knowledge I have gained from managers and coaches both tactically and strategically have developed my understanding  of the game and therefore qualifies me to mentor and help the next generation of footballers.
